SAMJIN X-5 obtain 'Halal' certification

Samjin obtained ‘KMF(Korea Muslim Federation) Halal’ certification on February 12.
Halal means ‘good stuff allowed by God’, and only products that are produced in a manner recognized by Islamic law can be certified.
The certification process is also quite difficult, requiring dozens of submission of documents and due diligence on the manufacturing process.
Meanwhile, SAMJIN is also drawing up halal certification of more product lines in the future to publicize K-Food’s excellence abroad.
In addition, SAMJIN CNF participate in the ‘Gulfood 2020’, an international food fair to be held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, from Feb. 16-20. Also SANMJIN CNF promotes the excellence of traditional Korean food at this exhibition.
It also plans to carefully check the needs of Middle Eastern markets, including the United Arab Emirates.
